Antwon "Max" Morris Sr. brings over 21 years of leadership experience in operations management, human resources, and training to his role as CEO of JMR Advantage LLC. A U.S. military veteran and certified HR professional (SHRM-CP), Max combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to solving challenges in government procurement and logistics.
With a background in workforce development, biometric systems, and project execution, Max leads JMR Advantage with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and innovation. His ability to navigate complex operational environments makes him an ideal partner for federal, state, and local contracting initiatives.
Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Individualized Studies from the University of Toledo and remains passionate about helping teams succeed through structured leadership and scalable solutions.
In addition to his work with JMR Advantage, Max also serves as Chief Operating Officer at HK Global Partners, a WOSB-based California consulting firm specialising in contracting procurement and services.
